Mrs Olubukola O Salami
Mrs. Olubukola Oyenike Salami was the Director of ‘Office of the Public Defender’ (OPD), the Lagos State Ministry of Justice from the Period of 4th July 2916 till March 2018. She was recently appointed as Executive Secretary Judicial Service Commission in April 2018.
Amongst other legal experiences garnered by reason of her having worked in different departments in the Ministry of Justice for over twenty-four years now, Mrs. Salami’s work experience exposed her to matters relating to children, women and the vulnerable generally. This work experience has tremendously horned her skills on issues concerning this group of people in our society and she has passionately carried out her official responsibilities, both in the advocacy and litigation for the rights of the various classes of this group of people to the very best of her ability.
Mrs. Salami is a strategic advisor, fearless advocate and has featured as a speaker at many seminars on various topics relating to alternative dispute resolution, gender issues, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and child abuse; these different fora she delivered well-received papers that were applauded.
Mrs. Olubukola Salami holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, University of Lagos (1986), Bachelor of Laws degree, Lagos State University (1990) and a Master’s degree in Law, University of Ibadan (2008). She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). Mrs. Salami is a registered member of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), United Kingdom. She is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).
Mrs. Salami’s Service in other departments of the Ministry of Justice where she worked has also greatly impacted her efficiency as counsel. Mrs. Olubukola Salami has been and not limited to courses on provision of Legal Aid for Children in Conflict with the law in Lagos State, which project course was organized in collaboration with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and a Certificated Course on Domestic Violence, organized by the National Women Development Center, Abuja.
As Director, OPD, Mrs. Salami in the course of her Tenure with the able support of Mr. Adeniji Kazeem, Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Lagos State brought Faculty Members from National Institute of Advocacy Training Colorado, United States of America, to Nigeria, to organize training on Advocacy Skills which held for the first time in Sub-Saharan Africa in November 2016 and also recently in November 2017.
Mrs. Salami Coordinated The sustainable Programme on children in conflict with the Law, a sponsored project of UNICEF.
By virtue of her occupying the office of the Director OPD, Mrs. Salami was also a member of the Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team, Lagos State. Presently Mrs. Salami is the Executive Secretary, Lagos State Judicial Service Commission.

Mr Oketola Olayinka Adebola
A professional Accountant with business acumen, leadership and excellent interpersonal skills spanning over three decades in Accountancy, design and implementation of Accounting Systems and procedures, Payroll business management system.
Member, The Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (2005).
Fellow, The Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (2018).
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic.
He was part of the team that pioneered the Global Computerization Program and implementation of HR/ payroll application of Oracle software in Lagos State.
He is an Awardee for Best Accountant of Lagos State Treasury office in 2006.
He has headed various units and departments in his fulfilling Civil Service Work history with Lagos State Government at State Treasury Office, Finance and Account Pool Officer in various MDA’s: Accountant of the Christian Pilgrim Welfare Board, Assistant Director Finance Information system, Director of Centralized payroll and data validation, Executive Secretary for Local Government Staff Pension Board.
He is currently the Director, Finance, and Account at Lagos State Judicial Service Commission.
Oketola Olayinka is a devout Christian, He is married with lovely children.

Mr. Lateef Adeyemi Quadri
Mr. Lateef Adeyemi Quadri was born on 9th March 1964 in Ibadan. He attended Wesley Primary Ijebu –Ode ( 1971 – 1977), Ijebu Muslim College Ijebu-Ode ( 1977 – 1982 ) and Ogun State Polytechnic Abeokuta for A’ level.
He graduated from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) Ago-Iwoye with a degree in Mathematics.
His working career began with the Lagos State Civil Service in March 2000 as a Statistician ll in Economic Planning and Budget, later deployed to Lagos State House of Assembly between 2000 to 2008 and later move back to Economic, Planning & Budget. Presently, He is the Head of Planning & Statistic Unit in Lagos State Judicial Service Commission.

Mrs. Olubunmi Idayat Adeyemo
Mrs. Adeyemo Olubunmi Idayat (Nee Idowu) was born on 21st January 1969 at Asagoh Quarter in Badagry Local Government, Lagos, Nigeria. She attended St. Thomas Primary, School, Badagry, 1973 – 1979 where she obtained her first school leaving certificate in 1979.
She had her Secondary Education at Methodist Girls’ Grammar School, Badagry, 1980 – 1985 and she was awarded W.A.S.C.
She was admitted into Ogun State Polytechnic (now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic), Abeokuta and graduated with OND, 1994 and HND, 1996. Thereafter she proceeded to Lagos State University for a PGD program in International Relations and Strategic Studies(IRRS),2004.
Her working career began with the Lagos State University as Clerical Officer, February 1991. After possessing Higher Certificate, she joined Lagos State Civil Service on 31st July 2000 as Executive Officer (Information) on Grade level 7. She has served in various MDA’S before posted to Judicial Service Commission in April 2019.
She is a member of Nigeria Union of Journalists and Nigeria Institute of Public Relations. Her hobbies include Reading, Listening to Music and Cooking.
Mrs. Adeyemo Olubunmi Idayat is happily married and blessed with children.

Mrs Jadesola Adesanya
Mrs. Jadesola Adesanya is an Assistant Chief State Counsel and Legal Officer, Judicial Service Commission. She graduated from Ogun State University with a degree in Law (LL.B) and BL from the Nigerian Law School.
She’s a Chartered Mediator and a member of the Law Officers Association, Nigerian Bar Association, and the prestigious International Bar Association.
Mr. Ogundare Adewale Oscar
Mr. Ogundare Adewale Oscar was born on 7th November 1974 in Surulere Lagos. He attended Nigerian Model Primary School Lagos in (1981-1987). Eko Boys High School Idi-Oro in 1987-1989. Later went to St. Anthony Grammar School Esure Ijebu Imushin in 1989-1993. He graduated from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) Ago-Iwoye with B.Sc. In Banking and Finance in the year 2000.
He obtained his Master Degree in CIBN, [Chartered Institute of Bankers ofNigeria] in the year 2002. His working career began with Lagos State Radio Service (Radio Lagos/Eko FM) in April 2005. As a marketer, he was later deployed to the mainstream in Secretariat Alausa Ikeja in 2015, where he worked as a procurement officer.
Presently, He is the head of procurement Unit in Lagos State Judicial Service Commission.

Mr. Abolade . M .Famuwagun
Famuwagun, Abolade.M, a Principal Auditor in the Lagos State Civil Service is a Professional Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. Accounting from Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State and Crawford University, Ogun State respectively. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria(CITN) and other professional bodies too numerous to be mentioned.The focus of his career has been Public Finance, Global Accounting and Forensic Audit and has to himself professional experience in both private and public sector over a decade ago.He is married and blessed with children.

Mr. Samson Oluwarotimi Olawoye
Olawoye, Samson Oluwarotimi was born in Ebute-Metta, Lagos on Friday 5th of June, 1964.
He attended St. Jude’s Primary School, Ebute-Metta for his primary education from 1971-1976 and The Apostolic Church Grammar School, Orishigun, Ketu where he obtained his West African School Certificate Examination in 1982.
He proceeded to Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos State to study Computer Science and was the President, Association Computer Science Students (ACOSS) 1987-88.
He worked briefly with some IT Companies before joining the Lagos State Government as a Computer Services Assistant GL 08 on the 14th January, 1994 and rose through the rank to become the Chief Data Processing Officer (GL14). He was among the frontier trainees during the Oracle implementation in Lagos State from year 2000-2004.
He has attended many courses both within and outside Nigeria amongst which is The University of Oracle in Dubai where he obtained Oracle Certificates in three Modules in July 2010.
Olawoye has served in various capacities and offices before his deployment as the Head (Information Communication Technology) Unit in the Judicial Service Commission.
He speaks English and Yoruba languages fluently and loves reading, meeting People, travelling, listening to music and playing keyboard.
He is happily married with children and Grandchildren.
