Mrs Olubukola O Salami
Mrs. Olubukola Oyenike Salami, born 16th October, 1964 was appointed as a State Counsel in the Lagos State Ministry of Justice on 7th October 1994. She has served in various capacities within the Ministry of Justice and other Agencies of Government.
Mrs. Salami was the Director at ‘Office of the Public Defender’ (OPD), Lagos State Ministry of Justice from the Period of 4th July 2016 till March 2018. Whist working at Citizens Mediation Centre and as the Director OPD, her work experience exposed her to matters relating to children, women and the vulnerable generally. This work experience has tremendously horned her skills on issues concerning this group of people in our society and she has passionately carried out her official responsibilities, both in advocacy and litigation for the rights of the various classes of this group of people to the very best of her ability. She also facilitated the release of about 300 children from various correctional centres in Lagos State.
With the support of an erstwhile Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Lagos State whilst she was a Director at OPD, she invited Faculty Members from the esteemed National Institute of Advocacy Training Colorado, United States of America, to Nigeria, to organize training on Advocacy Skills which held for the first time in Sub-Saharan Africa in November 2016 and November 2017. Mrs. Salami’s services in other departments of the Ministry of Justice where she worked has also greatly impacted her efficiency as counsel. Mrs. Olubukola Salami has been privileged to organize and attend many trainings both local and foreign. Some of the local trainings include courses on Provision of Legal Aid for Children in Conflict with the law in Lagos State, which she organised in collaboration with the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) and a course on Domestic violence, organised by the National Women Development Center, Abuja. She was also a member of the Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team, Lagos State.
Mrs. Salami is a strategic advisor, fearless advocate and has featured as speaker at many seminars on various topics relating to alternative dispute resolution, gender issues, domestic violence, sexual abuse and Child Abuse. At these different fora, she delivered well received papers that were applauded.
Mrs. Salami was appointed as the Executive Secretary (E.S), Lagos State Judicial Service Commission (L.S.J.S.C) in April 2018. As the Executive Secretary, Lagos State Judicial Service Commission, Mrs. Salami has worked with the Chief Judge Emeritus, Honourable Justice Opeyemi Oke and currently works with the Honourable Chief Judge of Lagos State, Honourable Justice Kazeem Alogba, to bring about various reforms and innovation in line with the Law. As E.S., L.S.J.S.C., Mrs. Salami, in 2019, along with other members of Lagos State Judicial Service Commission, attended a training programme, in Washington, DC, USA, on “Overview of the Justice System of the United States of America”; an impactful programme meant to enhance the understanding of Judicial Service Commission members about the best global practices in Administration of Justice System. As the Executive Secretary of Lagos State Judicial Service Commission, she has facilitated trainings for members of Customary Courts in Lagos state to enhance their knowledge in the dispensation of justice as well as visited various Local Governments in all the IBILE Divisions in Lagos State Lagos to sensitize them on the importance of Customary Courts.
Due to her desire for a better service delivery in the area of Justice and improvement of Customary Courts in Lagos State, she proposed the amendment of Customary Court Laws of Lagos State which is still under review.
As a result of her dedication and commitment to the growth of the work of the Judicial Service Commission in the administration and delivery of Justice in the state, Mrs. Olubukola Oyenike Salami was appointed by His Excellency, Governor Babajide Sanwoolu as a Permanent Secretary in the Public Service of Lagos State on 14th September 2021 and she has been serving as the Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Judicial Service Commission.
Mrs. Olubukola Salami holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, University of Lagos (1986), Bachelor of Laws degree, Lagos State University (1990) and a Master’s degree in Law, University of Ibadan (2008). She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). Mrs. Salami is a registered member of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), United Kingdom. She is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).
She is happily married with children. Her hobbies are: traveling, reading and she also has a passion for women and children.

Mrs Maryam Oyesiji
Mrs. Maryam Abiodun Oyesiji was born on 16th November, 1968 in Lagos Island, Lagos State. She had her Primary Education at St Mary’s Convent School at Ajele, Lagos Island IN 1979. She proceeded for her Secondary School Education at St Teresa’s College, Oke Ado, Ibadan in 1980 – 1985. She graduated from the Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State with B. A. Hons, History in 1992. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration in 1996 from the Lagos State University, Ojo.
Mrs. Oyesiji has worked in various Ministries, Departments and Agencies of Government. She also worked on various committees. She was Head, Oracle HR Unit of the Office of Establishments and Training. The Director Admin and Human Resource Lagos State Environmental Planning Authority (LASPEMA).
A quintessential Administrator per excellence with cognate experience in leadership, administrative and learning and development skills. She is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development; A Fellow, Association of Human Resource Practitioners and Member Chartered Institute of Personnel Management
She was a member of the standing Committee on Change of Name and Date of Birth inaugurated by the Governor of Lagos State to correct the anomalies observed in the service papers of Lagos State employee. She is currently the Director, Admin and Human Resource at the Lagos State Judicial Service Commission.
To the glory of Almighty Allah, Mrs. Oyesiji Maryam Abiodun is a devout Muslim. She is married and blessed with children.

Mr Oketola Olayinka Adebola
A professional Accountant with business acumen, leadership and excellent interpersonal skills spanning over three decades in Accountancy, design and implementation of Accounting Systems and procedures, Payroll business management system.

Fellow, The Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (2018).
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic.
He was part of the team that pioneered the Global Computerization Program and implementation of HR/ payroll application of Oracle software in Lagos State.
He is an Awardee for Best Accountant of Lagos State Treasury office in 2006.
He has headed various units and departments in his fulfilling Civil Service Work history with Lagos State Government at State Treasury Office, Finance and Account Pool Officer in various MDA’s: Accountant of the Christian Pilgrim Welfare Board, Assistant Director Finance Information system, Director of Centralized payroll and data validation, Executive Secretary for Local Government Staff Pension Board.
He is currently the Director, Finance, and Account at Lagos State Judicial Service Commission.
Oketola Olayinka is a devout Christian, He is married with lovely children.

Mr. Lateef Adeyemi Quadri
Mr. Lateef Adeyemi Quadri was born on 9th March 1964 in Ibadan. He attended Wesley Primary Ijebu –Ode ( 1971 – 1977), Ijebu Muslim College Ijebu-Ode ( 1977 – 1982 ) and Ogun State Polytechnic Abeokuta for A’ level.
He graduated from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) Ago-Iwoye with a degree in Mathematics.
His working career began with the Lagos State Civil Service in March 2000 as a Statistician ll in Economic Planning and Budget, later deployed to Lagos State House of Assembly between 2000 to 2008 and later move back to Economic, Planning & Budget. Presently, He is the Head of Planning & Statistic Unit in Lagos State Judicial Service Commission.

Mrs. Olubunmi Idayat Adeyemo
Mrs. Adeyemo Olubunmi Idayat (Nee Idowu) was born on 21st January 1969 at Asagoh Quarter in Badagry Local Government, Lagos, Nigeria. She attended St. Thomas Primary, School, Badagry, 1973 – 1979 where she obtained her first school leaving certificate in 1979.
She had her Secondary Education at Methodist Girls’ Grammar School, Badagry, 1980 – 1985 and she was awarded W.A.S.C.
She was admitted into Ogun State Polytechnic (now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic), Abeokuta and graduated with OND, 1994 and HND, 1996. Thereafter she proceeded to Lagos State University for a PGD program in International Relations and Strategic Studies(IRRS),2004.
Her working career began with the Lagos State University as Clerical Officer, February 1991. After possessing Higher Certificate, she joined Lagos State Civil Service on 31st July 2000 as Executive Officer (Information) on Grade level 7. She has served in various MDA’S before posted to Judicial Service Commission in April 2019.
She is a member of Nigeria Union of Journalists and Nigeria Institute of Public Relations. Her hobbies include Reading, Listening to Music and Cooking.

Mrs Olubunmi Oyedeji
MRS. OLUBUNMI ADENIKE OYEDEJI (Nee TURTON) was born on 29th March in Lagos State. She had her primary and secondary education at Maryland Convent Private School and Maryland Comprehensive High School at Maryland Ikeja, Lagos respectively.
She proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State where she obtained her diploma in Local Government and bachelors of law degrees. She was called to Nigerian Bar in 2006 upon her qualification at the Nigerian Law School and subsequently earned a Master’s Degree in Law in 2016 from the University of Lagos
Mrs. Oyedeji started her legal career with Department of Legal Drafting, Lagos State Ministry of Justice as a youth corper. After completing her youth service, she volunteered with Office of the Public Defender for six months and was later engaged as a Project Officer for 5years and 3 months. In 2014, she became a Case Manager at the Lagos Sate Multi-Door Courthouse. Presently, she heads the Legal Unit of the Judicial Service Commission.
She is an accredited Mediator and Conciliator per excellence with cognate experience in mediation and negotiation and conciliation skills. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, a member on the panel of neutrals of the Lagos Sate Multi-Door Courthouse.
She loves interior decoration and conducting research.

Mrs Taiwo Alaka-Yusuf
Mrs. Alaka – Yusuf, Taiwo Nurat was born on 10th August, 1964 into Buraimoh Family of Lagos Island, Lagos State. She had her Primary Education at Abule – Okuta Primary School, Bariga, Lagos in 1976. She proceeded for her Secondary School Education at St. Finbarr’s College II, Akoka – Yaba in 1977 – 1982. She got Teacher’s Grade II Certificate from Government Teachers College, Badagry in 1984 – 1986. She also obtained National Certificate of Education (NCE) from Ogun State College of Education in 1988 – 1991. She later graduated from the Ogun State University, Ago – Iwoye, Ogun State with B.Sc. Hons., Education in 1998. She also got Professional Diploma from Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply Management, Nigeria (CIPSMN) – 2013 – 2014.

Mr. Abolade . M .Famuwagun
Famuwagun, Abolade.M, a Principal Auditor in the Lagos State Civil Service is a Professional Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. Accounting from Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State and Crawford University, Ogun State respectively. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria(CITN) and other professional bodies too numerous to be mentioned.The focus of his career has been Public Finance, Global Accounting and Forensic Audit and has to himself professional experience in both private and public sector over a decade ago.He is married and blessed with children.

Mr. Samson Oluwarotimi Olawoye
Olawoye, Samson Oluwarotimi was born in Ebute-Metta, Lagos on Friday 5th of June, 1964.
He attended St. Jude’s Primary School, Ebute-Metta for his primary education from 1971-1976 and The Apostolic Church Grammar School, Orishigun, Ketu where he obtained his West African School Certificate Examination in 1982.
He proceeded to Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos State to study Computer Science and was the President, Association Computer Science Students (ACOSS) 1987-88.
He worked briefly with some IT Companies before joining the Lagos State Government as a Computer Services Assistant GL 08 on the 14th January, 1994 and rose through the rank to become the Chief Data Processing Officer (GL14). He was among the frontier trainees during the Oracle implementation in Lagos State from year 2000-2004.
He has attended many courses both within and outside Nigeria amongst which is The University of Oracle in Dubai where he obtained Oracle Certificates in three Modules in July 2010.
Olawoye has served in various capacities and offices before his deployment as the Head (Information Communication Technology) Unit in the Judicial Service Commission.
He speaks English and Yoruba languages fluently and loves reading, meeting People, travelling, listening to music and playing keyboard.
He is happily married with children and Grandchildren.
